LLELA is home to approximately 70 species of butterflies and many other colorful and remarkable insects. Mid-morning on a spring day is a good time to find many common butterflies flittering through the sunny spots and beatles crossing the trail. We'll practice the skills of butterfly watching and learn more about the lives of those we see. Meet at the Blackjack Trail parking lot. This special science nature walk will last about two hours.
Free with paid, $5/vehicle admission to LLELA. Ages 12 and up, all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is required through our online software, Amilia.
